*** A must-visit, hard to beat *** As a Hyundai customer for many years, I have recently been dealing with the new Hyundai Gabriel Pointe-aux-Trembles for a few months. This is a new dealership under the Gabriel Group. Over the years, I've purchased several Hyundai vehicles from various dealerships in Montreal and its suburbs. The Pointe-aux-Trembles dealership is the best I've dealt with. It stands out from others, firstly because of its size, which doesn't feel like a showroom, but mainly due to the politeness, kindness, professionalism, and availability of every employee, regardless of the department. Being a reasonably sized dealership, the welcome is warm, friendly, and personal. Upon entering and exploring the displayed models, you feel immediately comfortable, almost like at home. Each member of the young team, especially the sales staff under the leadership of Mr. Yacine Saker, the Sales Manager, aims to satisfy their customers, new or returning. After meeting a representative or Mr. Saker, who is very approachable and not distanced from customers, you feel important to them. They treat you as if you were close friends or family, with attentive service. The atmosphere is truly unique and familial. After two visits, I purchased a 2024 Ioniq 6, and in the weeks that followed, I ordered a 2025 Kona for my wife. Needless to say, I highly recommend this new Gabriel Hyundai dealership. If you are considering a Hyundai vehicle, take the time to visit this dealership--you won't regret it. You'll be warmly welcomed by any representative you interact with; they are all friendly, courteous, attentive, and professional.
